We partnered with DMC / Devlin/McNally Construction to transform this former wasted-space breezeway separating two homes into an invitingly landscaped patio oasis.
The finished product: Planter box made from 3/16 hot-rolled steel and powder coated to a high-gloss finish. Plumbed for irrigation, the planter box attaches to plumbing from the wall and a drain underneath - no wet patio from watering.
An "After" photo, the space separating two homes becomes a patio oasis. A guestroom opens to the new and inviting outdoor space.
Note quite a "Before" photo (we forgot to take one), the breezeway looked a lot like this one below -- a narrow, unusable space between homes.
